Rosemary Woodhouse (Mia Farrow), the young wife of a struggling actor (John Cassavetes), is thrilled to find out she's pregnant. But the larger her belly grows, the more certain she becomes that her unborn child is in serious danger. Perhaps there's something sinister behind the odd enthusiasm her eccentric neighbors (Sidney Blackmer and Ruth Gordon, in an Oscar-winning performance) have for her welfare. Or perhaps it's all in her mind. (Netflix.com)

I can't believe that it took me this long to finally watch this classic horror movie, but I am certainly glad that I finally did, and there's no question in my mind why it is a classic, that's for sure! This movie was well acted, suspenseful, and really was a psychological type thriller. Like a lot of movies from that time, it was a bit slow moving, but definitely worth thee watch. definitely had it's creepy moments, and overall gave me that "something's not right" feeling. If anything, watch it for the fact that it's such a pop culture classic, and enjoy it because it really is a good movie!
